AUSTRALIA SHIPPING RATES

  • Express shipping is free for all orders over $300 and arrives in 1-3 days.
  • Express shipping is $15 for orders under $300 and arrives in 1-3 days. 
  • Standard shipping is free for all orders over $200, orders under $200 incur a $8 shipping fee and arrives 2 to 8 business days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Standard International shipping: $20 AUD fee, 6 to 27 business days for delivery.
International Express post available with tracking, ships the next day:

Express International Shipping Rates:

  • USA & Canada: $30 AUD shipping fee, 5 to 9 business days for delivery.
  • UK & Ireland: $40 AUD shipping fee, 4 to 10 business days for delivery.
  • Europe: $45 AUD shipping fee, 5 to 14 business days for delivery.
  • Asia: $35 AUD shipping fee, 3 to 9 business days for delivery.
  • Pacific Islands: $40 AUD shipping fee, 5 to 14 business days for delivery.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur if your order is part of a promotion or during a collection launch.

 

PRE ORDER ITEMS

Please refer to the individual product page for the delivery time frames. To reduce our environmental impact, we aim to send all pieces in one delivery. If your order consists of In Stock and Pre Order pieces, please note that we do not offer split shipments, we suggest placing two seperate orders.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect item, please email hello@tallpoppyshop.com with photos of the item and we will send you further instructions on how to proceed. All extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of Tall Poppy.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties which vary country to country. Tall Poppy is not liable for any charges you may incur. We are unable to process a refund if you refuse to make payment for the goods. 

  • Tall Poppy is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, please ensure to check all entered information at checkout.
  • Tall Poppy is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Tall Poppy is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
  • Tall Poppy will only reimburse shipping on a faulty item up to $25 AUD.
  • Tall Poppy holds the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if for some reason the order is cancelled.

 

Shipping Details

Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders within Australia typically arrive within 1 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and the service selected. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email confirmation.

We offer express shipping for all international orders outside of Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination at checkout. Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. When your order reaches the destination country and clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal provider. Tall Poppy are not responsible for any additional charges related to international customs and import taxes, or for any delays caused by the delivery service provider. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the dispatch email confirmation.

 

Returns

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

If you change your mind, we will gladly offer either a refund or gift card. Accepted returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery 
  • That you provide proof of purchase 
  • Earrings cannot be returned
  • Items sold as a sample, discount or final sale cannot be returned. Any items purchased with a discount code, or in any of our annual sales cannot be returned.
  • No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces.
